A recent study looked at the effect of green tea on tendon healing in rats.
The results suggested that the combination of a diet high in green tea and glycine (which has been shown to help remodelling of inflamed tendons) helped the recovery process of tendons after a tendinitis, which is a painful inflammatory condition of tendons.
